Clay Guitar!

I made this clay guitar as a demo for my 7th grade class.  It was plain blue for the past few months.  I wasn’t sure what to add to it.  Upon viewing the anime classic My Neighbor Totoro, I was inspired to add Saisuke onto the body. I’m quite pleased with my mini guitar.  It is a present for my little Zoe.

Summer 2011

Got some Rives BFK charcoal paper the other day.  I’m excited about working in black and white again.  I don’t think I’ll stray away from watercolor for too long, I just want to work on something new.
